  • Facilitate a Digital Millennium Copyright Act Seminar 2-3 times a month for 10 students per seminar
  • Analyze and assess post-seminar evaluations and surveys and compile them into organized files
  • Teach a 2-credit hour academic course for 20 students on developing a culture of integrity in the American classroom once a week for 8 weeks
  • Co-manage the Office of Student Ethics’ social media presence on Twitter and Facebook by crafting 4 messages a day to raise social awareness on our academic integrity campaign reaching about 500 followers
  • Participated in the development of an Academic Integrity Campaign to promote awareness on Indiana University’s campus regarding issues of academic integrity

  • Co-supervised 24 resident assistants by participating in one-on-one meetings with staff, attending staff programs, and co-leading weekly staff meetings
  • Responded to emergency situations, policy violations, and wellness checks for 400+ Groups students while on duty four times a week
  • Managed residence center when residence managers were away by handling building concerns when they arose
  • Advised staff on developing weekly programs by helping them develop a program plan and budget
  • Led weekly forums for about 30 Latino Groups Students by developing a safe space for students to talk about issues facing the Latino community at IU

  • Led weekly forums for about 20 Latino Groups Students by developing a safe space for students to talk about issues facing the Latino community at IU
  • Chaired a large scale weekend event for all 300 Groups students with the assistance of approximately 25 co-Resident Assistants

  • Collaborated with Willkie’s Community Educator, who puts on programs about diversity,  to develop a program that facilitated critical conversations about racial stereotypes for all of Willkie’s residents
  • Co-produced monthly center-wide programs for about 300 residents by working with a small staff of five other Floor Presidents in an effort to create a community amongst the Willkie residents
  • Enforced university policies and expectations through monthly floor meetings in order to build a safe environment for 40 residents under my supervision
